When it comes to coaching, I think Mr. Kohli is really brilliant.
From the first moment of our coaching session until the last, I felt like we were on equal ground. He gets right to the point in a few simple words while maintaining a sympathetic, professional demeanour. I find this admirable in Mr. Kohli. As a coach, I find him to be really perceptive and careful. When his clients contact him, he responds quickly. This is why he is an excellent instructor who was able to gauge my abilities accurately. This is a talent that I respect and look up to. Exceptionally grateful to others, he is also approachable and willing to listen to the client's concerns and queries.
Intrigued by my problems from the beginning, I found the coaching process to be a fascinating one. Startling realisations all the way to matters of a professional nature.
In the years leading up to this coaching, I had sought help from a variety of so-called "counselling" professionals in an effort to resolve my concerns and questions; nevertheless, my efforts had only served to further my bewilderment, cause me to brood constantly, and stunt my professional growth. In under four weeks (spanning three coaching sessions), I was able to get answers from Mr. Kohli that were reasonable, easy to understand, frequently supported by science, and really useful. Despite my lack of familiarity with the subject, I had no trouble grasping the concept and putting it into practice.
I am so grateful for this coaching since it has given my life a purpose and a direction.
Mr. Kohli is an icon in his profession; I say it again.
In my opinion and based on my coaching experience, he possesses tremendous knowledge and is very competent. Above all else, I am greatly enriched by his intercultural experience, both personally and professionally.
His explanations of a wide range of subjects are based on his skill and experience, which makes them easy to understand; as a result, I was able to readily apply what I learned in my daily life.

Where we differ is in the comparison: I am not interested in judging the efficacy of this approach, this coaching provided by Mr. Kohli, against that of any other coach.
I have never encountered tutoring with such a high level of professionalism, quality, and clarity—especially considering how rapidly and effectively I was able to grasp the material on my own.
The suggested strategy was easy for me to adopt after I recognised how critical it is for me to keep my personal and work lives distinct. In my day-to-day life, it is a tremendous relief.
Working here has also given me fresh perspectives on interpersonal situations, and the things I've been able to do here have helped me tremendously in changing my approach.
Through coaching, I came to see my own concerns and attitudes as crucial pieces of information.
Because of this, I was able to readily reflect on objects and themes, as well as my own thinking process, and I learned new approaches and viewpoints, including critical thinking, for the first time. Realising things without brooding or inner conflict, emerging from lethargy into independent action, and building self-esteem were all aspects of everyday life that were easily implemented.

First and foremost, coaching has helped me to reflect on myself in more or less challenging situations, to recognise my patterns of thought and action and thus to be and remain capable of acting. The coaching has brought much of what I always "knew cognitively", because I had read a lot and have been dealing with it for a long time, to a completely different level of recognition and implementation. Inner peace returns more quickly, because you know that everything and much depends only on your own mindset, the reality is exactly that which arises in your own imagination and your own thought patterns. The live coaching with Arun made it very clear to me which thinking and meditation strategies are available to calm one's mind and to surrender to the "intuitive flow" and to look forward to what is coming with confidence, which does not mean to let oneself "drift" uncontrollably.

My ambitious hopes of finding a professional in Mr Kohli to help me out of the professional thorny undergrowth in which I had become entangled have been more than fulfilled. After only six months, my situation has developed so sustainably for the better - it is extraordinary.
He fulfilled my wish, or rather worked with me to make me jump over my "shadow".
This man is his word - which is very hard to find nowadays in our predominantly superficial society.
Above all, Mr Kohli possesses a simple, natural wisdom which cannot be learned. The talent to approach the personality that comes to him with empathy, a healthy measure of analysis and human interest - a kind of childlike curiosity - is beneficial.
The clarity and also a certain rigour of his person and his way of getting to the root of the issue is unique.
He truly listens, can be confronted with everything imaginable, emotional and intellectual, without for a moment judging or condemning.
He masters the high art of perceiving - acknowledging, appreciating and then shows the way into the solution of things. Simplicity" is one of his supporting pillars.
For me, he was and is a counterpart at eye level, which I have not found at this level in my life so far. No lukewarmness or levity - precise and yet joyful - and humorous, a person with a lot of depth.
If one is honestly willing to change the basic things that are necessary in and about oneself in order to reach the desired goal, then Mr Kohli is the best companion.
He feels and tunes in completely to the client and brings the core of the personality to light and thus freedom, self-knowledge, self-determination, joy, self-motivation.
Of course, also the not so pleasant sides and stumbling blocks of the personality, which, however, experience a kind of transformation in the joint work, if one lets oneself get involved.
It helps you to help yourself by changing your "attitude".
The core and key to success, no matter what the topic, is: a person's world of thoughts. Mr Kohli influences this with freshness, competence, experience and, like the salt in the soup, with his "love" for people.
The conscious way he chooses his words and the way he speaks them pave the way for what is crucial and important to become reality and then manifest as soon as one is sensitive and willing enough to accept it and let it happen.
